The Royal Sonesta New Orleans

Arrived late evening no one on duty then had to wait 20 min to check in No water in the room and bathroom getting a bit dated No room service or cleaning and safe didn’t work Not worth the money paid

We had a great time in NOLA and the hotel was in a great location! On Bourbon Street but not very loud. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend

Have enjoy this hotel previously and still do. Had dinner last night in their restaurant Which is Restaurant Revolution and it was wonderful. Beautiful as well as great service from friendly staff and delicious food and beverages. Only complaint is some amenities no longer provided in the room such as notepads and laundry bags.

We got off to a rough start. However, in the end this property really cares about their reputation. They were very accommodating about my concerns and bent over backwards to make sure I would recommend this property to other travelers. Shout out to Ms. Emika F! A-1 service! Thank you to all who made this possible. I can't wait to return.

The hotel has great location and it is very beautiful place. During our stay, our floor had an extremely loud younger crowd, which made it impossible to sleep between 1am and 5am.

The hotel was fine, especially pretty quiet considering it's on Bourbon Street in French quarter. The room is spacious and infrastructure is well-rounded. However, the bedsheets are really thin for people that needs a thicker layer in the winter time. I had to ask for an extra blanket ( which frankly was not really warm either). No free breakfast and the street outside was a little overcrowded at night for people to feel safe. The phone in the hotel room didn't work - had to go downstairs to speak to concierge in person.

We enjoyed our 42nd anniversary stay. Great location central to so many points of interests and restaurants. Staff treated us very well. We would like to stay again on our next trip to New Orleans.

It was good just beds are smaller than pictures and had to run water for about 15 mins to get hot toilet to flush had to hold down to flush for a few minutes.Wi-Fi didn’t work for phone had to be a member but they give you access like it was free for customers

We arrived early and after paying a extra 75 to check in we were able to get into our room a hour and a half after we got there. We got to the room and it was very nice. We slept really good for a coupel kf hours then went to take a shower. There was no shower gel in the dispenser, we found out then that our phoen didnt work. We were able to go down to the desk amd get some. We got a delivery and the front desk ladt had it for us but she didnt even get the name of who the delivery belonged to and just had me tell her what was in the bag. She was there both days we stayed and she was just not the best personality to meet guest as she was not pleasant. On saturday i became very sick. My wife call from our cell phone to ask the front desk to call for a ambulance. She said they would call.. 30 mins later my wife called down again and was told they would get to it. Sometime after my wife called 911 from her cell. Funny as soon as they ems got there hotel staff arrived. The secruity gaurd told my wife that the front desk never called for a ambulance. I was taken to Tulane hospital. The security gaurd told my wife that she could take her time and wouldnt have to be out right at 12 as she was having to pack and take csre of our dogs by herself and still had tonfigure out where i was and what was going on with me. They desk at 1st was not going to honnor this. They did after they fonf a note from the gaurd.
