One11 Hotel

Hotel was great, amazing location and great staff. Breakfast was lacking both in variety and it was not replenished so if you arrived an hour after it started you might not get everything you wanted!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property has a very unique and modern style that really stands out from other places in the area. The bar and restaurant space was beautiful and created a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. What impressed us most was the staff — everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of New Orleans and easily explore Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property, closest everyhing we wanted to do. The staff was great. The menu at the bar was subpar because what was listed wasn't what was available but what was available was good. Other than that we would definitely stay again and would recommend

Property ok but staff made experience poor. Had very expensive FedEx package sent to me there on weekend and staff received and put in their storage without contacting me or delivering to room even though room # was on it. That caused me real problems having to return back to hotel to get it. There was no apology, no sense of care about the situation, basically blaming me for the problem saying I should have been checking in with them to see if a package arrived. It would have been very easy for them to let me know it arrived, think it was the only package and they weren’t busy. They had it for about a day, I was lucky I hadn’t left town or it would have been a really significant problem for me and cost much more than just the trip back to the hotel. It was a medical device I needed for treatment. The worst part was how badly I was treated even though I didn’t really express the extreme frustration I felt. I wouldn’t want to stay at a place with that level of service for the price I paid. It made me realize the other deficiencies too.

Location: the hotel is very modern and situated off the beaten path, which makes it more secluded and quiet. It was still within the French Quarter and accessible to all of the popular tourist areas. Staff: they were very nice and courteous. However, the only issue I had was when I was trying to check in earlier and they told me they would try to accommodate but could not. I then expected to check in during the actual check in time (3pm) but was told my room was not ready by then. I did not have anywhere to go and was frustrated that I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get into my room. Cleanliness: the room was clean when we entered. However, the staff failed to clean the rooms on subsequent days. I tried leaving for most of the morning and came back at 4pm to find that the room had not been cleaned. I had to track down the housekeeping staff just to get fresh towels and toiletries. My overall impression is that this is a nicer hotel and was quite pricey. However, for the cost, I felt that my stay was subpar and lacking in many areas. Having to check in later than the stated check in time and then not having the room cleaned during my 3 day stay there was disappointing.

Situation perfect...as a single female traveller was in a safe abd well placed area Building was fascinating excellent conversion job Beds comfy bathroom accessories of highest quality

Exceptional clean room and the staff was really Poilte and helpful with any question as well as all the amenities available and the roof terrance was a great addition to be able to experience the New Orleans area from above
