This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Pulled up and pest control was on the scene already. Dead insects found on the floor of our suite. Microwave with no platter and filthy. At one point the police were at the location taking photos of a room and hauling away bags of something in white vans. Im not sure what happened here but it was not good. Management was rude and impolite. The only positive was the price and honestly it was only middling at best. Not the best location to get into the hot spots of NOLA as advertised and in a very scary neighborhood.

The location is perfect for my early morning appointments. I liked that it had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The rooms are roomy. Staff is friendly and informative. Close to highway and down town. It's good for the price. Wish I had taken pictures of the room.

There is a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Although the hotel does not allow guests to smoke in the room, some people still smoke secretly.

Found roach on dresser when I got back to room and turned on lights. Around 11 o'clock at night for 2 straight nights heard yelling and loud talking and doors opening and closing thru out the night.

One of the worst experiences ever. They never cleaned our room. The "breakfast" was awful. Customer service was unexisting. Definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel.

I was on my way to New Orleans and got into a car accident. I explained to the manager at the hotel and ******* as well but I could not get any type of refund I will never use ******* or recommend them to use

It’s in a sketchy spot but no problem. Easy to everything. Not the Ritz but if you need a decent place to sleep it will work. I stay there often and never had a problem. The people at the front desk are always very nice and accommodating to me. If you have license and credit card no problem. Debit cards and cash customers face the same issues here like all other places that have “foot traffic” GREAT DEALS DURING THE WEEK

I would like to said thank you… before I made a reservation for last week, I read all the reviews from this place, most of them were negative comments but honestly me and my family had good days at this place. Come on people for the price we are paying you won’t expect like luxury hotel, this place was very clean, they changed towels and we got breakfast. The guy from the front desk was very kind we rent a car, we used their parking lot and was safety, also the best thing I found stores like walgreens, walmart, mcdonalds and more close to us.
