Nice enough people but accomodation was of a very low standard and needed a steam clean as the whole place had very strong food odours. We didn’t end up staying, it was that bad.

房間很舊，設施也挺舊的，房間隔音不太好，衞生間的衞生一般，有廚房可以簡單做飯但設施比較簡陋，laundry是收費。地理位置很好，前台服務態度也非常不錯。

Thanks for a great stay! The lounge area was beautiful, lots of seating and comfy chairs! The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was great. Spaces were clean and beds comfortable, although a bit squeaky in the dorms! Only a short walk to the supermarket 👍🏼👍🏼

Bunks felt unsafe. Ladder was very unsafe. No towels. This place is cute in common areas, all budget furniture. It feels like the owners are making the most money they can make while giving the least they can. Every photo shows towels on the beds. You only get towels when you pay for them. No lockers in the rooms. It's okay but it's expensive for what you get.

We had to make a sudden trip to New Plymouth for a funeral and booked a cottage for one night. Check-in was the same time as the funeral so we asked if they could let us in early. They went out of their way to accommodate us and were very considerate of the circumstances. The room was nice, clean and cosy and private parking was very close by. 5 stars and a big thank you!

I had a studio apartment, it was so comfortable and relaxing to be in, Double doors out onto the lawn and very little or no traffic noise. The owner is very friendly, helpful and obliging. Made my holiday! Definitely not your standard beige Motel, each apartment has its own character.

Very friendly comfortable place to stay. Sunny bedroom. Nice coffee made by Brett. Tidy kitchen. One shower (left side has a very stiff snib lock). Very convenient location to stay for Womad. Also within walking distance to central city & supermarkets.
