No window but a great room to rest and sleep after a long flight from Kuala Lumpur.
Great location close to Metro Station. It takes an hour from the airport metro to the station near the hotel. It came with flexible breakfast

1) Sound Isolation is bad (can hear my neighbor's ringtone)
2) Air conditional and ventilator very loud (+20dB ＜ )
3) inconsistent quality of service (some receptionist were great, some were....not so good.)
