Excellent services , food, spa. Everything you can ask for in service was provided with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and spa with hot springs were comforting. Don’t let some parts of the exterior building make you feel discomforting. The high humidity coupled with rain ages building prematurely.
This is an excellent choice if you want luxury, high quality food and a comfortable stay.

A very enjoyable experience. Weather has not been good but it has not affected our holidays at all. The tranquility and peacefulness of the hotel and nearby areas were impeccable. The selection of reading materials in every corner of the hotel was impressive. I had my breakfast in the quiet cafe and the random choice of the book redeveloped my interests in reading. Food and service in the chinese restaurant were of high standards. Relaxing in the onsens were most soothing. Will be back again.

Service: Top service! Staff were very friendly and the concierge spoke fluent English.
Location: Relaxing! There’s a cute food street within 10 min walking distance from the hotel. Enjoy the beautiful teal water too!
Amenities: Loved our hotel room - corner room with a view of the bridge! The hot spring area was not too crowded and enjoyable!

之前就來住過覺得還不錯， 這次幫長輩訂了房間， 讓他們去享受一下。房間温泉肯定是很舒服的， 雖然天氣比較熱 但是可以把空調打開 看看外面風景泡着湯。其實我也蠻推薦大眾池的， 選擇挺多的 休息室也舒服 再來就是吃的了，吃的在山上算是很不錯的了。 重點是有宵夜 可以選擇牛肉麪 睡前來一碗熱騰騰不錯 下午茶時間還可以看錶演 也很好 推薦推薦

環境優美整潔 服務也很好 下午茶晚餐宵夜時間間隔太近， 個人感覺比較浪費，大眾池因為沒有客人提早清洗 隔天又是清洗日，所以沒有辦法使用 這個體驗感不太好

本來以為會有免費spa按摩體驗一個房間兩次，經過詢問後，spa服務人員（短頭髮的）一臉尷尬的說沒有，我也很尷尬…希望下次服務人員不要讓顧客感受到這種感覺，這部分令人大失所望。
其餘一切都很好，房間裡的備品充足，但這個價位來說，mini bar的飲料應該要依客房成人數幾位來準備相應的飲料數量。
房間內的室外拖鞋可當成禮物帶走，溫泉池裡發現一隻蜈蚣，嚇了一跳，我大驚小怪的跟老公說，老公說在山上的飯店難免，要我不要當奧客，哈！期間客房服務人員還送了女兒一個小熊娃娃，真可愛！
前菜、主餐點很美味，甜點不好吃。
早餐柳橙汁是現打的，因為有帶五歲幼兒同行（西餐廳8歲以上才能進入）所以飯店幫我們把餐點移至房間享用，還有搬用餐桌進房，不會用茶几吃得很狼狽，服務很周到！
公共大浴池是分男女裸湯，要走一段路到地下室。
泉池乾淨、淋浴的地方還有提供粗鹽可以去角質。蒸氣室有異味，烤箱是用遠紅外線非常不錯！
露天溫泉真的是完全露天，不是半露天，泡的時候感覺自己很像猴子泡溫泉哈哈哈，非常享受又新奇的體驗。女湯露天溫泉的位置，對面有一戶人家，有看到一個人在對面整理菜園的樣子，很擔心對方拿望遠鏡看過來。男湯的露天溫泉聽我老公說，一眼望過去就是山跟河流，沒有住家。
大概就這樣吧！整體上來說住房體驗是滿意的，但也有很多美中不足的地方。

酒店位置稍為遠離老街大約10分鐘路程，反倒是整夜可以清靜一點休息。酒店整體很有藝術感，大堂，走廊，房間的設計很好，很舒服，只是稍為光線不足，清幽感滿滿可以讓身心靈休息。
房間有包含1泊2食，早晚餐的質素很高，因為本人不能吃海鮮的關係，酒店也有特別安排，視覺，嗅覺，食慾也得到滿足。
酒店的SPA也很好，價格廉宜而且服務很到位，建築風格設計非常舒服。
