The hotel is about a minute and a half walk from MRT Fuzhong Station Exit 1. There's a sign right outside the exit. The hotel is the building on the left in the picture. Since it's a hotel renovated from part of a building, only the 11th and 12th floors are the hotel. You need to go to the 11th floor first to check in at the front desk before heading to your room (if your room is on the 12th floor, you can take the stairs or elevator from there). The interior is very clean. The bathroom has a bathtub. However, it takes a bit of a trick to get the water temperature just right when filling the tub.
I had a very pleasant stay at RF Hotel Sanchong. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely themed. I loved that each room has a different design—I got a football-themed room, which made my stay more memorable. The hotel’s common area and reception are designed with a primary school–themed concept, which makes the space feel quite unique and playful.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, and my room was even ready earlier than expected. Complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee were also available.
At first, I had trouble finding the hotel and had to check the building number and address details more carefully before locating the entrance, as it was not very obvious from the outside. The building entrance and elevator also look quite old, and it took me a little time to find the hotel on my first visit since it is located on the 9th floor.
However, once I arrived, the hotel itself was clean, cozy, and much better than expected.
Although there is a karaoke venue in the building, I slept comfortably and was not disturbed by noise during the night. The hotel also thoughtfully provides earplugs in the room, which is a nice touch for guests who are sensitive to noise.
Overall, great value for money and I would happily stay here again.
