This was my second stay at New World. I'm very grateful to New World's GRO Alison for all her help, from booking to check-in. Her responsiveness during my stay was excellent; I barely had to worry about anything, allowing me to fully immerse myself in and enjoy the hotel experience.

As it was the tail end of the summer holiday, New World was indeed very popular with families. The hotel was quite busy during my three-day stay, which to some extent affected the overall experience.

Both the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets are highly recommended. They offer a good selection with a distinct local flavor.

Alison also helped upgrade me to a suite upon check-in, which provided a much better experience. Being on a higher floor and surrounded by trees felt wonderful. Personally, I'd recommend the higher-floor rooms over the courtyard-facing ones for more quiet and privacy.

New World's spa is definitely worth experiencing. The entire process and treatment were very comfortable and relaxing.

Having stayed here twice, I personally feel New World is more suitable for younger guests. Its overall Japanese minimalist style, coupled with the hotel's layout and ambiance, makes for an excellent experience for young people.

The moment we stepped into the room, we were immediately impressed. It had a pleasant scent and looked impeccably clean. A big reason we chose this hotel was the large outdoor swimming pool on the 4th floor, which was a huge hit with the kids. The bathroom had a practical wet-dry separation, and the room felt very spacious overall. It's definitely a good hotel worth recommending.

The only minor drawback was the somewhat convoluted access from the parking lot. You have to go up to the first floor, then switch elevators to the front desk on the ninth floor, and *then* use your key card to take *another* elevator to your room. It's a bit of a roundabout journey.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the Shanmu and Zhenghuangqi dining areas. The lobby staff were very friendly; they proactively offered game tokens to our child when they saw him/her lingering near the claw machine, which made our child very happy.

However, the cleanliness was truly disappointing. We arrived around 11 AM during peak season. Since our room wouldn't be ready until after 2 PM, we headed out to explore. That night, as I pulled back the duvet, something got on my hand. Upon closer inspection in the bathroom, it turned out to be a false eyelash. Further inspection of the bed revealed more remnants on the duvet cover.

I called the front desk to request a duvet change, but was informed that due to full occupancy, they couldn't provide a spare duvet. It was only after I thoroughly explained the situation (pointing out multiple false eyelash remnants, not just one spot) that they agreed to change the duvet cover. The older male staff member who came to replace it was quite clumsy; the duvet cover was dragged on the floor multiple times, making for a rather poor experience.

We stayed for two consecutive nights. On the second day, when the cleaning staff came, I noticed the room across the hall had just checked out and observed them emptying the trash bin directly into a large communal bin. Concerned about the hygiene, we subsequently declined daily room cleaning.
