Overall, this is truly a hotel with top-notch service. The location is great, with access to multiple subway lines, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive service from the hotel staff. The room was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fitness facilities, which were convenient and well-maintained. My only suggestion is regarding the hotel breakfast. I'd recommend skipping it and finding something to eat nearby instead. While the breakfast staff were friendly and the Starbucks coffee was a nice touch, the selection was quite limited, mostly consisting of bread and a few microwaved items, which wasn't great. Just something to keep in mind. Nonetheless, it was a very good hotel overall, and I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!

Very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. The location is convenient for both the environment and transportation. Our room was on a high floor, offering amazing views – New York is so brightly lit, day and night! The hotel is also very close to Times Square, just a 15-minute walk away.

My two-night stay in New York's Financial District was excellent. The location is ideal if you want to be close to iconic landmarks like Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, Battery Park, and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. Everything is within walking distance or a couple of subway stops away. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Despite being in a business district, the area is fairly quiet at night, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. There are also plenty of dining options, from cafes to more formal restaurants, and subway access makes it easy to travel to Midtown or Brooklyn. Overall, it was a short but very good stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking to explore lower Manhattan in comfort.

Overall, I am very satisfied. It is very convenient to have a coffee shop downstairs. The fly in the ointment is the noise from the roadside and the air conditioner in the room at night.

This hotel has poor soundproofing. The clatter of dozens of exhaust pipes and boilers filled the air outside the window, making it impossible to sleep. There's a bar on the first floor, and the noise was so loud until 2 a.m. that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Rooms 1113 and 1115 were right next to each other, and we were woken by the banging of doors. Furthermore, his room light was on all night, shining into ours. Terrible review, terrible review, terrible review. We paid for breakfast and were told it was on the first floor. When we got there in the morning, we were turned away. We couldn't communicate, and after a half-hour of struggling, my diabetic companion suffered from hypoglycemia.
