Four Points Properties in New York

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent. Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere. Subway station is across the street. Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided! Wifi signal was strong. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk. She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic. The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower. For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.
