Understandable price, minimal room with all amenities you need, friendly staff, location is a bit far from the subway

房子在紐約來説算比較大了，兩張1.5左右的床，房間有微波爐和煮水器，整體還是不錯的，走到地鐵站大約十分鐘，還算方便。

The house is relatively large in New York, with two beds of about 1.5 meters in size. There is a microwave and a water boiler in the room. Overall it is nice. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station, which is quite convenient.

원하는 뷰가 있어서 몇 달 전부터 얘기를 드렸었는데 그 뷰가 보이는 방 배정이 안됐고 2층으로 배정이 되었습니다.
5일을 여기에서 잤는데 시설은 되게 깔끔하고 청결합니다.
디포짓이 하루당 50이어서  USD250 냈습니다

I had been talking about this view for months, but I was not assigned a room with that view and was assigned to the second floor.
I slept here for 5 days, and the facilities were very neat and clean.
The deposit was 50 USD per day, so I paid 250 USD.
