Located in the bustling midtown of New York, there are skyscrapers everywhere. It is very convenient. It is only a few minutes walk to Times Square. It is very comfortable and quiet. It is a good staying experience.

Highest particle of Manhattan's 42nd Street line. Best for Broadway sightseeing. The facilities are average, but the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere. Having a Rewards Membership is helpful

The room was ok. The breakfast is very average, there are not many options for the buffet. The location is very central and convenient. The environment around the hotel is good, Times Square, and the City Library (the old building is worth seeing), etc.

1. At check-in, I submitted a credit card knowing it was a deposit, but I paid double! Be careful!! 2.Breakfast included. Embarrassed because they gave you a bill at the time of meal ㆍDo not write down anything else and just sign the room number and sign. (See attached photo) 3. Expensive, but the location, facilities, and cleanliness are perfect!

We had booked our hotel room and scheduled to pay at property but upon arrival they said "your card declined" and so the room was given away and they were fully booked for the night.... We never had an email or bounce back from the bank, *******, or the hotel confirming it was cancelled or "declined". And we had multiple screenshots of our confirmation number, what our bill was going to be at arrival to hotel and even an email from hotel (the day of) asking how our checkin process went. Yes the worker/manager that helped us was very nice and was able to get us a similar room after about an hour, but the whole process was very difficult and inconvenient.
Please if you can, pay before and NOT AT PROPERTY otherwise the same may happen to you.
