The location of the hotel is superior, the room is clean and hygienic, and the street is not too noisy. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is enough to eat. The view on the top floor is good, you can have breakfast here!

Although the room is not big, everything is organized and comfortable. The location is convenient to time square.

The customer service was outstanding from describing how to load into the hotel (we had a car to park), check-in process, explanation of area, and directions to the parking garage (not on-site, just around the corner). Area is terrific, close to Madison Square Park and many other NYC gems. Public transport is easy. The room was simple with everything we needed for a quick trip to NYC. Back to the customer service, ABOVE AND BEYOND. The front desk, the management, the bell-hop, the cleaning staff, EVERYONE we dealt with at this property was gold standard. Thank you for making our mini-vacation so wonderful.

I was in New York overnight for business, and found The Lex to be just what I needed. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and warm, and I had a great night's sleep. I'd definitely return again.
