Location: The hotel is praised for its prime location near Central Park, Times Square, subway stations, and major attractions like 5th Avenue and Broadway. Guests appreciate the convenience and accessibility for exploring the city, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business purposes.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this 5-star hotel. On the third night, I found a very cockroach in my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for a property of this standard. I reported the issue to the front desk, but since the hotel was fully booked, the room change was only arranged the next day. While I understand the situation, I still expected a faster and more professional response from a 5-star property. Even though I was eventually moved to another room, the incident completely ruined the mood of my trip. I felt uncomfortable and uneasy during the rest of my stay. I truly hope the hotel improves its service so that future guests won't have the same experience.
