Tempo by Hilton Times Square

I was very satisfied with my trip. The location is excellent, right next to Times Square, making transportation very convenient. It's easy to take the subway anywhere. Our room came with a credit of about $34, which was perfect for breakfast every morning. The room attendant was also exceptionally nice. When we checked in, Eddie at the front desk even upgraded our room. You can get drinking water from the 11th-floor front desk, which was great for someone like me who drinks a lot of water – it saved us from having to buy bottles. The hotel doesn't seem to provide slippers by default, but you can ask for them and they'll give you some. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again.

Easy to find. Times Square is a two-minute walk right downstairs. I didn't encounter any Mandarin-speaking staff, so communication was a bit slow without English. We had booked breakfast for three days, but they still tried to charge us for it. After a long discussion, they finally gave us a 50 RMB breakfast voucher, which felt quite unreasonable since we had already paid for breakfast. The staff were all very nice, and the location is convenient. The room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, it was okay.

I booked a stay with breakfast included, and the front desk informed me that it was a $50 credit. With my gold status and resort fees, that's over $100 a day, which is more than enough for meals. The restaurant prices were reasonable, and the food was decent. When I checked out, they incorrectly held my deposit, but Trip.com customer service helped me get it back.

Great location, very close to Times Square. The hotel facilities are new and it's quite popular. Breakfast is à la carte, and overall it's a good experience.

This was the most satisfying hotel during my trip to New York. The room I got had a view of the entire Times Square! Super satisfied!! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The price was also good. Highly recommended!

The hotel is right in Times Square, which explains its price. Surprisingly, there are two Hiltons within a short distance, and I actually went to the wrong one the first time. It's very close to the subway station, literally right outside the door. The breakfast was good.

The room was much larger than I expected, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view of the Manhattan cityscape 👍🏻. There were a lot of guests checking in, so I had to queue for a bit at the lobby. They don't provide free bottled water in the room, but there are free self-service water dispensers in the hotel corridors, which is super convenient for getting water anytime! The bathroom was very spacious and clean! Even with two suitcases open, the room still felt completely uncrowded. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!
