The location is great if you want to stay downtown. The front desk staff is lovely.
The elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous.
Don’t bother trying to order room service. They are rude and incompetent.

The room is nice and spacious. Everything in the room is very clean too!
Most importantly, the location of the hotel is really good. But the elevator isn’t that great. It takes way too long to wait for the lift.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near.
However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier.
Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

Customer service is really bad, and you are not getting complimentary water unless you sign up as their member. Would say the front desk representative is rather a racist but overall the room is clean and location is great.
