Citizenm New York Times Square

Very comfort, employees very kind, helpful and friendly. The room was the best! I love this hotel , is my top 3 of hotels. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Citizen M. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you needed and was clean. The bed was super comfy!! It is in such a good location. We were able to walk to most places. We would highly recommend

The staff was excellent - so nice and helpful and kind. Our only issue was the elevator situation. They were not always working (at least not both) and seems like they could use another one. My mom is handicapped and our room wasn’t ready for early check in and we had to use the restroom, but it’s on the lower level and that elevator was not working. Later we had an issue with an elevator stopping at 7th floor and we couldn’t get off that floor to go higher on the other car because the system thought there was a car headed up but that was stuck. Anyways, everything else was great!

I loved the interaction during initial arrival. My best friend and I arrived over a few hours before check in-time. Even though the hotel was full so no room for early check in, we were met with front desk host who was very friendly and accommodating. It was such a relief to know they could store our bags so we didn’t have to lug around the city with our things. They even went out of their way to provide a few recommendations. To be frank this is what turned a 1 star review into 3 stars. With out this interaction I would’ve been left with the frustrations of the room condition when we finally checked in.. Some of the light switches didn’t work, the blinds wouldn’t come down, and the shower door didn’t shut. I expected the room to be pretty tight for 2 as I’ve had the pleasure of visiting a location in Seattle (newer property). It just seemed much tighter. The maintenance guy was able to come in & get the blinds unstuck but had to step on our BED in order to do so. At least they got a sheet I suppose. I understand with it being the new year, allot of places are booked but we were pretty disappointed in them not being able to accommodate us with a different room after notifying them of the first 15 minutes of being there of the room’s condition. Anyway, to end this review on a positive note, the location is great if your aim is to be in time square. Pretty walkable to great eats and entertainment. Be sure to bring your good walking shoes and be weary of the New Year’s chaos.

I loved everything about this property. It was all around an awesome experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great room (so fun). I slept so great, it was so clean and VERY COOL from a technology standpoint, lots of cool lighting and effects - everything controlled by an iPad. Plenty of storage surprisingly for the size. The bed was huge also! I LOVED the breakfast and a true barista in the morning. Great hot chocolate for the kiddo. And oddly enough the COOLEST umbrellas for your use. Great gym, living room, working and outdoor spaces. It was like being in a really cool house. Great bar and food. Did I say CLEAN… Loved it. Great experience, I would stay at these hotels at every opportunity. Will definitely go back!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again - very clean, friendly staff, convenient location to theaters, shopping & dining, & everything in the room worked well. They don’t offer parking on the premises but there were many parking garages in the area.

The hotel was near Broadway Theatres but was very expensive for small rooms and poor facilities situated in a dirty street with poor views Very disappointed
