Service was excellent, staff would go out of the way to assist you, with anything at all. Rooms were very clean. Excellent location, good restaurants around the corner by the pier.

Maybe it can't be helped since it's Manhattan, but it was too expensive for this quality. Access was good. There was some trouble on the day we stayed, the alarm sounded in the hotel, and the fire department came twice. Since we had children with us, we quickly hurried outside with the people around us. It turned out to be a false alarm, but despite our anxiety, there was no explanation or apology. Breakfast was also sufficient.

Excellent Hotel, very good location, very close to the 9/11 memorial, subway lines. The most complete breakfast!! Buffet, and they have coffee, available 24 hours a day. And the attention is very warm and professional. I will return to this hotel on my next trip to New York

The location is really good, relatively close to the Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street. But the room is small and the facilities are outdated. The air conditioner in the room I live in doesn't work well. There are dirty debris under the glass plate of the table. The window faces a white wall. I want to change to a room with a better view, but the room is full. Stayed during the New Year's Eve, there were a lot of people eating breakfast, there were no seats, you can take it back to your room for breakfast, 6:30-9:00. It's hard to describe a 2,000 RMB hotel. I'm quite disappointed with American hotels.
