The facilities are a bit old. And it's a bit narrow. The location is such that you can easily walk to Times Square and the surrounding area is not that crowded. There is also a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Breakfast is okay if you don't expect much.

The hotel staff was helpful and the hotel is central, the price was also convenient so it was a great choice for us. The only negative thing could be the air conditioner which was a bit loud so we turned it off and asked for another blanket as it was also cold.

The hotel was clean but the bathroom in the basement smelled really bad and the block the hotel is on was dirty and had scaffolding, which is not the hotels fault

Staff over there are friendly and sweet! We got there early and I thought we have to wait for the check in but front desk helped us to check in right away! Saved us a lot of time and energy! Had great experience at this place, great location as well not too far from all the attractions. Definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and next time when I travel to New York will book the same hotel!

I liked the location
The staff was very nice, we had a slow sink drain and they came up and fixed it very quickly.

Stayed for one night, check in with as ok, my room had a leak in the bathroom and the hotel maintenance took forever to get to the room to fix it, meanwhile I didn’t have time to sit there and wait so after going down to the desk they finally sent someone up. They he maintenance guy kept going in and out saying he’s trying to figure out where the leak is. So I had to call front desk and asked them to switch out room because I didn’t want to sit there while he fixed whatever was wrong. They switched my room but I missed my appointment that I had because of this problem. This place is not worth the price I paid for it, the heater is loud can’t hear the tv unless I put the vol high. Overall not happy with this stay. I do not recommend.
