Bottled water in the room isn't free. The location is convenient; Times Square is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and the subway station is a 5-minute walk. At check-out, I was mistakenly charged over $19 for beverages I didn't consume, which was refunded after I brought it to their attention. There also seemed to be additional taxes/fees not included in the Ctrip booking, as the final cost was $25.95 more than the original order.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are very spacious. Everything is super clean and the highlight is the location. I usually don’t write reviews but this time I have to because I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. I could easily walk everywhere but it was still calm around so it was truly amazing. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! The rooms have very big windows and you have a super beautiful view of the Empire State Building from the room, even though I did not book a specific room. Overall super happy! The staff was very friendly too and many things are complimentary such as wine hour and tea in the mornings!

The location is good, it is quiet in a busy city, the hotel facilities are also OK, the breakfast environment downstairs is quite good, but it is expensive. If you want to eat cheaper, there is a Japanese supermarket across the road, and the pizza at the pizza shop next to it is also very delicious.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's not noisy and quiet, but I was able to solve most of my needs. It would be better if the reception staff were better trained. I could go to most places on foot. I would like to stay again.

The room is not soundproof, it is a bit noisy, you can hear the door closing and opening outside, other things are generally very good, the room is clean and the location is good, it is only 2-3 minutes walk from the train station.
