Excellent location within a short walk to almost every subway line. Unfortunately that means it can be a little loud, but it never woke me up.
Incredibly friendly staff are always on hand, 24/7.
The included breakfast is more than adequate; bagels, juice, yoghurt, pastries.
The room has a good shower, comfy bed, and good TV with chromecast-ability.

The staff members were all excellent - helpful and pleasant and went all out to make the visit comfortable. The breakfast was a treat - all facilities were clean and convenient.

One of the bed side lights was broken and the chandelier was missing a lamp - but all else was flawless. The bed was super comfy.

Very nice and cozy hotel for a great price! The only thing I would change is the bed, it was way too low and all the sheets kept touching the floor. Everything else was great, however.

Everything was fine. The room is spacious, fine bathroom and I love the l'Occitant products. But the overall vibe is of a cheap hotel and feels hugely overpriced

We booked this hotel because of its location in downtown brooklyn. The rooms were decent but the photos definitely made it look much better. The staff were all nice. The biggest issue was that the ac unit in our room was broken. It got up to 81 degrees in our room which made it so unbearable that we had to change.

The hotel was adequate. The blanket was thin (perhaps ask for an extra one). We stayed two nights -- and were surprised that the towels were not replaced after the first night. Staff was good and breakfast was excellent.

It was a nice surprise to have high quality towels and L’occitane toiletries in the room. Breakfasts are decent. When you are late, they even wait for you to get all the food you need. Staff provide assistance as needed anytime. A place to recommend for NYC stay!
