Clean room with incredible city views. Central hotel and the staff were excellent. We would definitely come back, we slept really well!

This hotel is overall satisfactory . I love the refrigerator in the room. It’s very convenient. The terrace bar is overpriced, but the view is good. However, they charge quite a lot for luggage storage after checkout.

The location is absolutely superb, incredibly convenient, truly in the heart of New York City. However, the only minor issue was that the soundproofing wasn't great. On the bright side, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting to the subway station is also incredibly easy on foot. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel's location is great, close to Penn Station, but everything else is pretty mediocre. Even after specifically asking for housekeeping, our room wasn't cleaned, which is really disappointing for the price.

Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Convenient location. The room is standard New York style – small and minimalist, but clean. Service is also good, and they offer breakfast and a rooftop bar. Definitely worth staying! Great for city transportation.
