I stayed here in February 2020. I never reported it at the time but my AirPods were stolen out of my room by a cleaning woman there. I did not report it because she was black and I didn’t want to seem racist. however I’m 100% sure that she stole them. I was in my room waiting for a food delivery that I had ordered online. When the delivery person was in the lobby I went downstairs to pick it up. I did not put the “do not disturb” magnet on the outside of my door because it was missing when I checked in and I figured I would only be downstairs for a few minutes. I went downstairs to pick up the food then went straight back up to my room. My key opened the door, but the cleaning woman had locked the door from the inside. When I called to her and said that I was there, she refused to let me into the room and said that she would need 15 more minutes to clean. I said I didn’t need a cleaning but she would not open the door. So I waited outside in the hallway near the elevators. When she finally left I went back inside the room and put my food down by the bed. I immediately noticed that my AirPods were missing because I had just been using them before I went downstairs and placed them on the nightstand right next to the bed. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions but I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’d never had a cleaning woman lock the door from the inside like that and then refuse to let me in before. I have no doubt that she stole the AirPods and I regret not reporting it at the time.

Such a peaceful oasis. Simple, sleek, clean, and great common spaces. My cousin and I had a lovely stay in the bunk room. Mattresses were comfortable and though the space is small it never felt cramped. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!
