Holiday Inn Express Jamaica - JFK Airtrain - NYC Reviews

The check in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean and the food was great. My husband and I had a relaxing stay. The hotel was not overcrowded and it is easy to locate. We did not have a hard time getting there from JFK Airport.

My stay went well. It was close to my Venue Roy Wilkins Park for the Rise Up NYC Concert. Lots of Food were near by.

Good location with reasonable price. Asked the staff to give me a quiet room, but ends up with a room near the elevator. Very noisy at night.

Fast check in process. Clean spacious rooms. Close to Airport train, although surrounding area may get sketchy after dark. Was unable to get a hold of front desk on the phone even though multiple attempts were made. Aside from that, solid stay for the price.

From the staff at the reception who was quick to accommodate an early checkin to the help to operate the coffee machine at mid night shows the service level commitment. It was an awesome stay. Thanks!

Very nice hotel, roomy space and nice staff. It is a good choice for fight transfer as it is walking distance from AirPort Express. But the area is not a nice and decent place

The hotel itself is really nice. The staff is really friendly and helped me figure out how to get to where I needed in the city. They also offer free toiletries such as razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. if you forget them. The room was clean and had a nice tv. Only downside is that it’s not in a perfect location. By no means is it terrible, but it’s a couple of blocks from the train station in a neighborhood with quite a few homeless people. Overall, I still felt safe though.

Nice hotel however there is no parking space and we had to drive for hours seeking somewhere to park
