No mini-fridge. The AC unit sounded like a tractor when it was on... And there was virtually no soundproofing; I could clearly hear the couple next door whispering.

The worst and the most expensive hotel we stayed during our 11 days family trip in the US. Very small, dark in room, bad air conditioning and very simple breakfast. Wouldnt recommend anyone for this experience.

The room that we had with my friend has not light! Also the bathroom was not useful! Me and my friend did not liked it. We will never re-book this hotel!!!!

Room was really small. Very strong stench of ********* everyday in the walkway from the lift to my room. Also, the AC/heater vent is extremely loud and would buzz all night. Definitely not for light sleepers unless you’re fine with white noise in the background. There are four lifts but they’re really slow and there’s always a long queue for lifts especially during peak hours. You might have to wait 1-3 lifts before it’s your turn. Never seen this at other hotels. Pros were that the TV could connect to Netflix seamlessly. Room had a coffee machine that could double up as a hot kettle. Great Crabtree & Evelyn shower amenities. Room was clean. Reception and housekeeping also rectified issues quickly and were extremely courteous and helpful.
