Only good thing is location. #１problem is the room never got about 65 Fahrenheit despite setting thermostat and the heat blowing all night. Also odd: the room had no trash can! Also no coffee maker or even coffee in the lobby and no do-no-disturb sign so housekeeping had to knock early - these are simple things any normal hotel has. My room was much more drab than the photos make them seem.

This hotel is in a perfect location of good food, Central Park, close to Broadway and more. Decent hotel, nothing to right home about but has what you need for a short stay. Delicious little bagel shop close by. The sushi spot that is attached to the hotel was amazing. Would definitely stay again

Housekeeping missed our room one day, and I called the front desk at 4 pm to request housekeeping to clean the room. When I arrived back at the room at 9:45 that night, the room had still not been cleaned.

Bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. Also, pillows were completely flat. Other than that services was great.

The room was comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful, the only thing that kinda distracting was the amount of liquor and drinks that they are selling in the room, it took so much space of the mini bar fridge. Overall , it is a lovely place to stay in the city since it’s close to Columbus circle mall and Central Park , Lincoln Square ..

The staff was friendly. The size of the accommodation was a bit smaller than how it looked in the photo. However things tend to be smaller than expected in Manhattan as the rule versus the exception. Proximity to everything - including Central Park was stellar.
