SIXTY SoHo

I love the Sixty Soho! I had on this occasion made plans at another hotel to use points that were expiring and realized immediately it was a mistake. We quickly contacted Elvina at the The Sixty and she and Lisette had me set up in my usual suite in less then an hour.

A small beautiful boutique hotel situated on a quiet street in SoHo. Lots of cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. It’s very close to a Subway station so it’s easy to get to the other parts of the city. Comfortable beds with clean rooms. Helpful staff makes the holiday stay more memorable.

What an amazing hotel!!!!. I was upgraded to a suite with a balcony. Thanks to the front desk agents for having patience with us. Room was amazing . The butterfly bar was a bit difficult to get in as we needed to make a reservation. I wish I knew . But was we was able to make a reservation for the following day . Drinks were amazing. This is definitely a hotel to visit . Thanks to Su, liz, khady, Justin and Alex . For making our stay memorable

Where do I begin? Amazing experience from checking in to checking out. Elegant hotel, professional and personable staff. Very grateful for everyone who helped me during my stay. I especially appreciated the kind gentleman who checked us in. Thank you 60 Soho.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean, service was very nice and were always willing to help. This especially goes toward the front desk. They were so kind and helpful and started our day off on a good note. Overall, Sixty Soho was an amazing hotel, and I would recommend everyone to stay here

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor twice before arriving. When we checked in, they only had a room on the 3rd floor. We paid for a deluxe King at about $600 per night. Like several Soho hotels, Sixty Soho has a nightclub 5 nights a week in their lobby and bar. We were assured we would not hear the nightclub noise. At 12:30am I finally called to complain. The manager said he would turn down the music. It got louder. Then they called our room at 1:00am asking if we wanted ear plugs. It went on past 2:00am. I had a 6:00am wake up for a meeting and had zero sleep. The next morning I was told by the manager we would be reimbursed for the night. When we checked out, she was nowhere to be found and they said they would get back to me which they never did. The room is nicely decorated and it ends there. The toilet paper is too thin to use, the towel are also thin and scratchy, the pillows are lumpy and horrible and the bed is hard and uncomfortable. Everything fixture is cheap. There is no light in the bathrooms. The front desk staff could care less about you as a guest. I learned they are closing in a few weeks for 6 months so it makes sense they are not invested. I am not sure why they are closing for 6 months but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Soho Grand is where I usually stay and they tell you about the nightclub and make sure you are on a higher floor if you are not going to the club. They have an incredible staff. I wanted to try something else and it was a mistake.
