Charming hotel, chic bar, great location - if you’re looking for nightlife and style combined this is a great place. Rooms are not large but this is NYC as is custom!

very bad! There is only croissant for breakfast, which is the same every day. The room is surprisingly small, and the attitude of the front desk is extremely bad. They ignore you. There is no mineral water in the key room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it every time. It's really stupid! There is not even a movable shower in the rain room! Why is this kind of hotel not closed yet!

The room was small which was fine, but the walls were not insulated well. I heard people coming and going all night. The sheets were rough as well.

This was our first time staying in Tribeca area. The Frederick was a great find and would consider staying again. Room was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent. I would have appreciated the second elevator to be working although we were on the top floor and were able to get on with plenty of room. After breakfast on the day we were checking out, we couldn't get in our room. We had to go back to the front desk and have our keys re-activated. It wasn't clear what the "facility fee" was for except maybe a couple bottles of water. And the taxes that get added on are crazy - State Tax, City Tax, Occupancy Tax, Javits Tax. No way to avoid them but beware.

We choose The Frederick Hotel because of its central location in lower Manhattan (West side, Houston to the Battery), its reasonable price, and a breakfast included. Our room was small but comfortable with a nice bathroom. Staff were a pleasure and everywhere in the hotel was clean. The excellent continental breakfast was the factor that pushed our rating from very good to excellent.

I really like the location of the Frederick hotel. It is centrally located in Tribeca. However, the hotel only has one (1) elevator in operation and that one (1) elevator is very slow. Patrons are better off taking the stairs. Also, the Peloton bike in the workout room is not calibrated correctly. The Watts (output) are recording too low. Peloton needs to service the bike.

Would stay here again! Will upgrade to a bigger room next time, regular room is super small. Also the bar was closed for private events each night so that was a disappointment. Staff was super nice.
