The Chemists Club Hotel

This is a small hotel, and the cleanliness was okay. However, there's no 24-hour room service, which was a bit inconvenient. The service level was generally average. When I checked in, it was snowing, and I had two suitcases, one large and one small. I was expecting the bellhop to help me with them into the elevator, and I even had a tip ready, but they didn't offer any assistance at all. It was quite frustrating. There aren't many other facilities, so it's only suitable for a short stay.

Surprisingly good. The renovation is very new, and the ceilings are quite high. I really like it.

The room is new, the bedding and furniture are very good, and there is a kettle for boiling water. It is very cost-effective to book such a large room at this price in New York. The hotel restaurant is super good and surprising. We had lunch and dinner there in succession.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. The first room was on the 7th floor and the wash basin was blocked. The front desk quickly helped us adjust the room to the 10th floor. The room was fine, but there was a musty smell in the corridor. Otherwise, there were no problems.

I have to say that staying at this hotel in the heart of New York City is very cost-effective. The rooms are very beautiful and clean, the restaurant downstairs is also delicious, the service is also very good, and the surrounding area is convenient!

Near Grand Central Station. Location wise, it's a quiet place in a busy city. The room is small as usual, but that's normal in New York. Overall service is OK. They greet everyone when they come in and out.
