It's a compact small hotel. The room is OK and relatively clean. Generally, Chinese people travel a lot. The Empire State Building and Times Square are relatively close to each other. The location is good.

This hotel was a great price and centrally located to food shopping and the subway. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The rooms have window units and steam heat, so while it was very warm it was also very noisy from the clanging pipes in the middle of the night. Definitely our biggest complaint. Room was an OK size but we were in the back corner and had ZERO light and view. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but we did have dried blood on our sheets when we checked in. Shower was warm and bathrooms clean! The bar and restaurant were both closed so that was a bummer. Overall a quiet and clean hotel.

Very nice room. High ceiling in room Mae it feel better. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue with room was (1) water was luke warm in shower and (2) heater went on and off all night and was loud. Other than that it was nice.

This is a stylish boutique hotel in the old headquarters of Life magazine. With the lobby bar and restaurant closed, the perks are limited to morning coffee and tea. But the Midtown location is fabulous. And Koreatown is vibrant and fun. Just a few doors down is an excellent gastropub, Osamil.

Best hotel I have stayed in while in NYC. This will be my new go to. Everyone was polite, it was clean, and a great location in Manhattan. Only a 5 minute walk to MSG.

Location is excellent for transport and walking to midtown attractions.
The late night front desk employee was a little aloof (a smile would help). Daytime staff very pleasant on phone. The sleeper sofa sheets were delivered to us an hour after our late night arrival (around 11:30 PM) and we would have preferred to get to bed right away (we called earlier rto notify of late arrival time). The hotel room was small but very stylish. I would stay there again.

Hotel room itself was excellent, only little bit noise from traffic and construction outside. Less hotel facilities, but area neighbor provides all you need 24/7. I would be back for sure. Addition point for location is very close by Amtrak station and NYC subway.

Staff is rude. Was staying for 5 nights during Christmas weekend.
Asked for a room upgrade(with extra payment) were told "we have the room we deserve".
One of the staff stopped me from taking hot water from the hot water dispenser on Christmas day saying we are not allowed in the area. Area in question is where the coffee machine for guests is kept.
The Bar and Restaurant is closed for renovation which was not mentioned while booking.
