This was definitely worth the money 😍 my family and I were treated so well and so polite and respectful I really appreciate the services and hospitality.
The rooms are definitely more inviting than many other places we’ve been too. This might be our usual place to stay in the future as many other hotels always have issues

Great stay. Quiet. Mature, respectful guests. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Away from the hustle and bustle. Not for those with active young families or those wanting to be in the middle of all the action at your doorstep.

Still a top-notch hotel in midtown. Comfortable rooms, close to the 28th street metro station. Relatively quiet despite being right off Park Avenue.

Not crowded, great room with lots of space for your belongings, kind staff, great continental breakfast with the best servers, comfy beds, lots of space in the bathroom....the best!

We keep returning to the Hotel Giraffe because the establishment, the Staff, and the location are all excellent. We DO miss the evening wine/champagne and cheese soiree, and hope that management will consider re-instituting that!

This was our third stay at the Hotel Giraffe. It has become out go-to for visits to NYC because of the location, the service and comfortable rooms. We'll be back.

Overall an enjoyable stay at the Giraffe Hotel. Location was good, easy to get around NYC with many sites walkable and easy access to the subway as well.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, can't fault them in anyway.
As an added bonus hotel checkout is 1pm which is better than any other hotel I have stayed out

Access to cappuccino, espresso, pastries, bagels, etc. in Lobby for guests. I was told these are the benefits of the "Resort" charge. The "Queen" room had a double bed rather than a queen-sized bed. Small BR, small bath. No gym in hotel.
Staff were friendly and gracious. Very nice rooftop sitting area with statue of a giraffe.
