This hotel was not clean. Our room had water damage and mould in it. Would not recommend. The front desk staff was super nice though.

Everything is fine. Wifi is so slow. The bathroom is very clean and the most I like is location. It is very near the center.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Bed Comfort Level, Toiletries, Corridor Soundproofing; The towels have long hair, three lights in the room are broken, the hygiene is a bit dirty, and the lobby is filled with water

Great location, just a few blocks from central Manhattan! It's cost-effective, but the heater came out well even in winter, and the cleanliness and room were okay~

the environment seemed more like a hotel, I had to wait til 3 o clock exactly before I could get checked in despite being a few minutes early. wifi didn’t work at all, I called the desk twice no answer. elevator wasn’t in service so we had to take the stairs up 7 flights. overall not a great stay

Just comically awful. Like a bad movie of a bad NYC hotel. I felt for the poor Europeans for whom this was the introduction to New York. Just don't do it.
