Had a great stay at the Civilian, all the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be coming back. Also amazing location close to everything and the TMPL gym is awesome!

Stayed for five nights. The location is very convenient. It is very close to Broadway and Times Square. The room is clean and hygienic. I highly recommend this hotel and will choose to stay again

We stayed for 2 nights and came back to the hotel very late the next day and the room was not cleaned. Check-in was also very slow. The bar in the hotel is very loud at night and can be heard in the room.

The clean and up-to-date facilities are good, but the reception staff have no expressions or reactions and are very unfriendly. Refusing or not changing requests

I loved my stay. Staff was wonerful. Rosevale Cocktail Lounge was my favorite. Jess, the bartender was passionate about making fantastic cocktails. Ambiance is amazing. Rooms are small with no work area was my only issue because I was there for work. Highly recommend this hotel or just visiting for a cocktail if you're in town.

Nice hotel, I recommend it.
Just be aware that the room is really small as specified in the description.
Very clean, very nice people, room very calm and just near Times Square !
There is a rooftop but gym and pool are outside of the hotel, free the first timet then charged 20 usd/p/d
