A very well located hotel, close to 5th and many points of interest. The beds are comfortable, the decoration of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to Fifth Avenue. It is a boutique hotel converted from a historical building, and the layout is very artistic. The facilities nearby are convenient and the stay experience is very good.

Thermostat can't maintain set temperature, kept overheating the room, had to manually restart and reset temperature multiple times during our stay, ruined our sleep.

Came for the weekend to enjoy Broadway shows and this hotel was within walking distance of the theater district. Loved the comfy bed and spacious shower. Hotel is next door to a wonderful lounge and small coffee shop. Lots of dining options around the corner and grand central station is right across the street.

Only cons were pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The sheets were rough. Bed too firm. Their is a restaurant which we did not try.

We got a very good deal on a one bedroom suite. Living room is very nice, bedroom and bathroom are a bit small. Bed is very comfortable. The Agency restaurant is next door and not actually connected to the hotel. It is very loud, very dark, and the menu seemed to be just appetizers. Very odd. We ended up eating at Wokuni, which was very good. The neighborhood is very convenient to transportation.
