Very nice hotel, clean and appreciate the free airport pick up.
Would have been helpful if the team proactively told us that morning airport drop-offs had to be booked in advance, we had to book our own paid transfers. I’ve stayed in other airport hotels in the neighbourhood and did not face this challenge with them last minute.
One particular lady at the desk - would not name her but could be a bit more courteous and make eye contact when we speak, at times it was like speaking to a robot.
If I said too much I apologise, but it’s important!

The overall atmosphere was very good. The room was spacious and fully equipped. There is an airport and hotel shuttle service, but if you arrive on a late-night flight, you’ll need to make your own way to the hotel. I don’t recommend taking a taxi from the airport, as I was scammed. As for breakfast, there wasn’t much variety, but the staff took great care of us.

Receptionist was not friendly during check-in. The carpet at this hotel needs to be cleaned. The loud people noise in the hallway woke me at 2 am

The hotel is very close to the airport, the airport shuttle is a big plus. Rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and cosy. They offer a take away breakfast box if you have an early morning flight and do not have time to sit down for the regular breakfast.

Good location, airport pick up took pretty long until it picked us up. Rooms are not the cleanest. But good for one night.
