While it's only a 4-star, it was perfectly adequate. The rooms weren't very soundproof, and with a lot of people, the elevators could sometimes take a while to arrive. Breakfast was good, and the fish from the Chinese menu was delicious. The bell staff were very responsible. The surrounding area is very convenient.

Perfect location, amazing staffs,clean room condition!!! I slept so well and its $10 free credit for latte was heavenly good! I'll stay again!

The room doesn’t have any water kettle or coffee bags, has to asked for one. Location is convenient.

It was good to stay over there and location also very convinent but road is little dirty.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Empire State Building. We booked a family room with bunk beds. Although the room was a bit small, the facilities were adequate and it was spotlessly clean. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add some padding or bumper strips along the side of the top bunk. We kept bumping our heads on it multiple times, which really detracted from the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed promptly. Despite this, we would definitely consider staying here again.

This beautiful hotel offers one of the best views of New York. The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent (a must-notice in New York), and the bedding was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was a bit small, but the location was decent. High-floor rooms are available.

Room was not very clean, hair was found on the pillow and sink upon arrival. Location is great for walking around places of interest, restaurants or taking the public transport. There’s a nice bagel shop round the corner of 8th Ave, W 24th St which is awesome. View from the room was good too!

I'm deducting half a star because of one specific staff member at the front desk. I had booked an airport drop-off service with the hotel and called to confirm before heading out. However, I was delayed by ten minutes due to traffic. The front desk told me the driver had already left, but that wasn't the case. Luckily, I eventually ran into the actual driver, so my trip wasn't delayed. Aside from this, the other facilities and the cleanliness were good, and considering the price, it's quite acceptable.

There’s a resort fee but you could use part of it for coffee downstairs. Room is relatively small.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, at check-in, they charged a fee for staying there after it had been paid for on Trip.com. The fee is $30 a day which to me was for nothing. I will not stay there again.

The AC was not working 3 out of 4 days we were staying there!!!
