Hotels in Midtown, New York

Its our second stay at the Pod51. The staff is definitly amazing and so is the location! This time we had another room thatbwas less comfortable because it was organized sobthat the bed was near the entrance and thentable and chair was in the other side and then its hard to be 2 in the pod. Also there was a lot of waterbrunning through the pipes. That was noisy. But the staff of the pod51 is a very serviceminded and nice staff

Small room, but cozy - about 206sqft. Great price for the location. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, nice amenities. Really enjoyed and would book again.

Perfect location with absolutely good service. We felt lucky to find such a nice clean place in this city. All other hotels in the same price range don’t have same grading and that’s for a reason. We spent total 5 days. I’d recommend to you all who’s checking hotels in NY and happen to read my comment. : )

Really great hotel. The service was OUTSTANDING!! They gave great recommendations, recognized us when we walked in every day. Wonderful! We had the one bedroom and it was huge! Too big for what we needed but it was nice. The room is starting to show its age with wear and tear on furniture but I’d still recommend the hotel. Great location to walk to all the top attractions in Manhattan.

The staff were friendly, and they offered free luggage storage. Its downtown location was also a major plus. I stayed for 3 days. While it wasn't what I'd call cheap, it was quite affordable given New York City prices. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

Hotel condition was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the main street, but the conditions are good enough.

My stay at the Hyatt Grand Central New York was unfortunately below expectations, especially considering the brand. For the price paid, the overall experience felt overpriced for what it actually offers. The rooms and services were adequate, but nothing stood out as truly deserving of the high rates. It was disappointing, particularly because from a Hyatt property one expects a higher level of comfort, attention to detail, and overall quality. While the location is convenient, the value for money simply wasn’t there. In short, a decent hotel, but far too expensive for the experience provided, and not up to the standard one would normally associate with Hyatt.

Ideal for solo traveler, close to Grand Central, simple and delicious breakfast!

The hotel is quite good, and considering its highly advantageous location, other flaws seem acceptable, such as the small room, tiny windows, an old plastic coffee machine, lack of drinking cups, and no toiletries set, etc. The service is excellent, very efficient and convenient. The gym on the third floor is fantastic and spacious, and the business room is thoughtfully equipped with computers and printing facilities. Finally, next time when storing luggage, please do not put this ugly sticker on customers' luggage, as it is almost impossible to remove.

Zero hour 2000 per night Although it is a bit expensive, it is very convenient to go to Fifth Avenue for shopping. The service is very comprehensive. Although the room does not have a refrigerator, the room offers a refrigerator delivery service.
