The staff were very friendly and beyond helpful. My only negative was the price of the food at restaurant at 11:00 am was excessive, for a salad with chicken, truffle fries fries and an ice tea was $90 before tip! The AC froze during our stay, which caused it to become 88 degrees in our room. Had to leave the windows open which allowed all the city noise to come in. The manager was very understanding and gave us a discount on our room for the inconvenience due to lack of sleep due to the heat and noise in the room. Overall, the experience was wonderful, location was perfect and the staff was beyond accommodating. We will stay again next time in NYC.
