Hyatt Properties in New York

My stay at the Hyatt Grand Central New York was unfortunately below expectations, especially considering the brand. For the price paid, the overall experience felt overpriced for what it actually offers. The rooms and services were adequate, but nothing stood out as truly deserving of the high rates. It was disappointing, particularly because from a Hyatt property one expects a higher level of comfort, attention to detail, and overall quality. While the location is convenient, the value for money simply wasn’t there. In short, a decent hotel, but far too expensive for the experience provided, and not up to the standard one would normally associate with Hyatt.

It's really worth the money to have such a newly decorated and thoughtful hotel in the old neighborhood. Because I arrived early, a handsome guy at the front desk who looked like a young Jordan was very kind and moved me to a high-rise room. You can see the Empire State Building outside the window! He also gave me a welcome drink and exchanged coins for it, but unfortunately I missed the time because I was out and came back.

The room price fluctuates greatly. I booked it at a low price, which is good value for money. The service of the front desk and restaurant staff is warm and friendly. The facilities are clean and sanitary. The location is good.
