Ramada by Wyndham Stays in New York

They said because I used a third party, they had not obtained my money yet and asked if I could pay the FULL price for the room. I refused, they spoke to the third party and only after securing the payment were They able to issue me a key. As if I was being punished for using a third party. They said they wouldn’t usually issue complimentary drinks for their room users but that I was welcome to take two bottles. Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast but not a great customer service. Other than this, room was clean and neat. I had to waste a lot of water before finally getting hot water, one of the treadmills was squeaky. I had to come off. Overall, not a great experience. Don’t understand your issue of withholding funds, when clearly it had gone out of my account. Not happy with this service.

Location was great. Access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. Can’t provide any comments about the service other than that the reception was good. They did have  The room itself was very small. It came with a king bed which made it even smaller. There was no closet available other a place to hang hangers. Only one drawer was provided to store personal items and a tiny refrigerator. Although useless the room had a very nice tv but no WiFi so you were relegated to watching four channels.

Ordered on a business trip, first-class environment, cleanliness, convenient transportation, very good service attitude, and more food, it is a very pleasant experience! !! !! !! !!

My stay and experience was excellent inclusive of location, customer service will recommend to anyone friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. They also offered amenities like a good breakfast
