Park Hyatt St Kitts Christophe Harbour

We really enjoyed the resort. We had a suite with a plunge pool that was truly amazing (and very new looking/clean). The main pool and beach areas are well kept, and it was easy to always get a chair and towels. The bartender at Flemings was so nice and hardworking. The service elsewhere was hit or miss (more miss at the pool bar/restaurant). We really enjoyed the Stone Barn tasting menu dinner. We all liked the resort and would definitely go back.

The rooms are well appointed and the lay out is very good but the food here is average at best. If you go to Fisherman’s Village be prepared there is no Wi-Fi and there are lots of mosquitos. The service levels are very good not least the pool service but for the prices it’s overly expensive for what you get. I also have a charge on my credit card which I don’t recognise so be careful when they take payments.

Traveled to St Kitts for a business conference and extended my stay. What a great experience, food was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. Beautiful island, very clean overall five star experience.

My family & I stayed at the Park Hyatt for 4 nights (9 of us including grandparents, kids). St Kitts is hands down the prettiest island we have ever been to in the Caribbean and we’ve been to many. Pros -Main pool is huge (not heated but not cold, perfect temperature) and was not hard getting a seat everyday -Adult pool is slightly cold and quiet. -Spa is AMAZING. My husband & I got a deep tissue massage which was amazing. -Gym is great! -Property is GORGEOUS. I love the little touch of labeling each tree with its name -Service is very friendly -Sun tan lotion station but towels -Kid activities everywhere- tic tac toe, cornhole, chess, etc -Rooms are BEAUTIFUL. We stayed in the penthouse, GORGEOUS. Pool is not heated but it was warm. -Free Water bottles in room -House keeping is great. Rooms were always clean -Hut near beach has lots of beach toys, pool floats, soccer balls you can sign out for the day. -Great towel service! -Outdoor showers everywhere. -Golf carts to help take people around property (especially handicap & small children) -Great kid menu for picky children. -Lots of kid activities throughout the day, making kites, s’mores at night, movie night. -We did not check out kid camp but building looked amazing with a playground & rock climbing wall . Cons -Service is “Caribbean time” expect to wait for drinks & food -Food & drinks are expensive and just ok. I would recommend eating off property -Umbrella and chairs need upgrade. Chairs need cushions & wheels. Umbrellas need wheels to help move around easily. -They need more outdoor bathrooms! There were only 2 for the whole resort by pool & beach. And it was a far walk from the beach. -The Great house was too small & under staff for breakfast & dinner. We had reservations for dinner and were told we had to wait an hour for our table because of walk ins. -The pool bar & seating area is way too small. Tips -don’t go to Marshalls & Spice mill, overpriced and just ok. -Carambola was AMAZING. Great service & sushi . -Bring bug spray. -We heard shipwreck has lots of monkeys to see while eating (didn’t have time to go) -We rented a catamaran -Phil Matthews, Aquamax Adventures -AMAZING -Download WhatsApp to speak with concierge (very very responsive) -Taxis are expensive

I had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts for a week in March. The resort is stunning, calming, and easy to walk around. The food was incredible at all three restaurants onsite. What stood out most was there service - everyone I spoke with was so wonderful, got to know me, remembered my name, and just overall had such a genuine friendly attitude. They even thanked me for visiting St. Kitts and choosing the Park Hyatt. The location is so peaceful and serene, close to everything St. Kitts has to offer, but away from it all at the same time. I highly recommend the Park Hyatt St. Kitts is you are looking for a fabulous vacation!

We spent 9 nights at the resort. Our room was exactly as described and ready on time. The facility is very well maintained, and the grounds are lovely. The resort is family friendly, but also includes an adult only pool that is quiet and relaxing. My wife had a massage and facial in the spa. She raved about the massage, and said the facial was a bit of a letdown after the outstanding massage, but still completely satisfactory. The food is above average in all respects. The room service is reasonably priced, of high quality, and delivered on time. The staff is genuinely happy to see you and is very attentive. The location is very secluded and beautiful, with a great view of Nevis. It is a 20 minute drive to Basseterre, and we rented a car to explore the island a little. They drive on the left like the UK, and that takes some getting used to. Avoid the cruise ship shopping area, especially when a ship is in town. The snorkeling at the resort is ok, but not amazing. Weak swimmers will dislike the waves. Finally, bring bug spray. They didn't always have it at the resort, and the mosquitoes come out after it rains.

Beautiful complex. One of the best views on the island of St Kitts. Easy and walkable access to everything. Food and beverage is excellent. A little pricey but overall excellent quality. Staff is among the best and most helpful I’ve ever met. Smiling and go the extra mile. Rooms are full equipped with the little extras. Beds and bedsheets are cool and comfortable. Internet was excellent.

Pool was over run with kids...not the park Hyatt experience we expected. Surprised they would allow cruise ship passengers to use the facilities at the expense of hotel guests. It's a beautiful property and the staff is very friendly and seemingly accommodating. But they could not handle the additional guests.
