The room is quite odd as the TV is mounted on the wall on the side of the bed and can’t be moved enough to face the bed. No heater or even just a glass. Nevertheless, the location is nice and the staffs are friendly.

Excellent stay - good value for money. Clean, was upgraded to a room with a loft window. Would recommend.

This hotel doesn't have customer service at all, when checking in I seriously thought that I was begging them to stay instead of paying money.
Nothing is so special in the room, no bar, no free drink, below even average hostel in Newcastle but the price is not worth it.
Overall, I am not happy with my stay especially about receptionist.

The bar near the hotel is pretty noise somehow at night, also the hotel guests next door have a dance party make it a nightmare for me a tired traveller wanted to have a good sleep.
