Leading off the kitchen is the cosy sitting area with large TV and dining area and then down a small step into the bedroom with fitted wardrobes and TV. Outside is a private sunny courtyard which also offers secure storage for paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles etc. We are in the centre of the village with a short walk to the pubs and shops and water access less than 1 minute walk - perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. We are close to the South West Coast Path offering breath taking views. Plymouth is a short drive away, great for shopping, sight seeing or a trip to the theatre.
