This hotel is right in the heart of Nha Trang, with a view of the Lotus Tower from the window. We stayed in a sea-view suite with a balcony. The suite itself is very spacious and has two bathrooms, which was really convenient. However, the hotel is quite old, and the room is starting to look a bit tired. The curtains were stained, and the plumbing was showing its age. It’s fine for a couple of days, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

나트랑눈송이The fact that I could inquire in Korean via KakaoTalk and book necessary services was great. However, for immediate issues, many staff members couldn't communicate in English at all. Compared to Hyatt, where staff proactively anticipate and provide services, here I often faced communication difficulties when asking questions, and even had to deal with some staff annoyance because of it. Therefore, I can't say I was 100% satisfied with the service.
The Kids' Club also falls short when compared to Hyatt's. At Hyatt, you could drop off your child and there were plenty of activities, board games with teachers, and great opportunities to interact with foreign friends. Here, you have to pay if you leave your child, and even then, there wasn't much for them to do, so I ended up staying with my child.
It seems like you really need to do your research beforehand to fully enjoy this place. The refrigerator performance was very poor, and both breakfast and dinner food were just average.
On the other hand, the ocean swimming and the resort's swimming pools were highly satisfactory. If you go kayaking early in the morning, you'll see an incredible number of fish underwater. Definitely give it a try! The natural view here, unparalleled by other places, was very exotic and great for swimming. We also rented the diving equipment twice because it was so much fun.
The staff guarding the pool areas, despite communication issues, were very warm people. I'm also grateful to the very friendly female staff member who was often seen near the Opal Pool Bar. She enthusiastically answered questions and her bright demeanor made me feel good.
I believe this resort would be even better if the communication issues were resolved, and we definitely plan to visit again! I highly recommend it to parents with kids who love to swim!

Евгения Р.Absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The location couldn't be better – right in the center, and the beach is just around the corner. Inside, everything is impeccably clean, and I particularly love the high ceilings throughout. Our room was a junior suite, absolutely huge, and the bathroom was like a separate room itself, featuring both a bathtub and a shower cabin. All amenities were provided. A special highlight is the rooftop pool, which I'd call an infinity pool – it's incredibly cool! There are sun loungers right next to it. All areas are neatly designed. Breakfasts are standard, with plenty of food. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here, 10/10.

Anonymous UserThe rooms are old and the entrance is a staircase, so there's no way to drag luggage. I arrived at 12:00, and the staff informed me that check-in was at 15:00. I left my bags and returned at 14:30, only to see others being checked into their rooms. The staff then told me to wait another 15 minutes. The front desk staff's eye contact and overall service attitude were definitely lacking. During check-in, they asked for a 200k deposit. I mentioned that typically, bookings through OTAs don't require a deposit, and I'd even stayed at a Mercure without being asked for one. I understand that policies vary, but what was absolutely unacceptable was when that specific front desk staff member started muttering in Vietnamese to her colleagues, essentially implying that I was rude, and everyone's gaze felt like they were looking down on a customer. This really needs improvement – it's a service industry after all. Breakfast was okay. However, the lobby restroom was dirty and only had one stall. I ended up using the accessible restroom because the floor was wet and slippery, and the toilet bowl was dirty. When I came out, a cleaning staff member scolded me. For a hotel of this size, having only one lobby restroom, and needing to use the accessible one for a 'heavy' need, is problematic. They seriously need intensive training in service mind and hospitality.

Guest UserPros:
The hotel is well-located, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby.
Excellent view from the window.
There's a balcony, good for drying clothes.
Cons:
Cleaning is very poor. There was a dirty stain on the floor on the first day, and it wasn't cleaned for the entire week.
Towels are constantly not replenished. We were two adults and a child, and we paid extra for the child, but they never provided towels, toothbrushes, or anything else for him. Shower gel and soap weren't refilled in the dispensers. They ran out within a week.
There are no rooms for three people – either a family room for four or a double room. We always book a double room with two beds. Usually, these are spacious twin beds. Here, the two beds were very narrow, so we pushed them together. Then, one day, the cleaners took away our third blanket.
The room has a large kitchen, but it's unclear why. There are no dishes, and cooking in the room is not allowed. A big closet would have been more useful.
In a double room, there are only 4 hangers for clothes.
The hairdryer is terrible. You can dry your hair with it, but styling is very difficult. It also broke and was replaced. But the hairdryer holder fell off on the second day.
The bed linen was yellow.

Guest UserJust stayed for four nights and had an enjoyable stay. Whilst the hotel is a very busy spot I had no issues with noise in the room and slept well on a very comfortable bed, room size good with plenty of hot water. The breakfast area is busy with reasonable choices and I found enough to last me until the afternoon. Pool area nice and a basic gym, overall a good choice for the price. The Four Seasons shop next door is very handy with good quality products.

Elina88We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

On Trip the listings are not really as stated. For example: the TV in the room works haphazardly; the “luggage storage” requires a 20K fee per bag - regardless of size; and the “available parking” is also at a fee - 20k per night and then 5k every time you leave your bike during the day. I’ve travelled extensively in Vietnam and when these are listed, hotels don’t charge you for them. I would not have minded if they simply said there was a fee on the listing.
However, what really put me off was the check in. On the site it says check in time is 10:30 - I knew I was going to arrive in the early morning so this was perfect. When I got to the hotel they told me, with a tone, to “come back at 14:00”. When I asked about the 10:30 check-in time on the site he told me “that's only when it’s possible” then swiftly left me there. Okay cool, most hotels have check-in at 14:00 anyways so I didn’t mind much.
Came back way past 14:00 and they told me the room is still not ready. I was asked to wait 15mins minutes, but ended up having to wait for more than an hour. Once they said the room was ready they tried to give me one keycard - telling me there'd be an extra charge for two keys - but all other guests I saw were given two straight away. Once I pointed this out they gave me the extra card. At around 15:45 we were lead up to the room only to find out it was still being cleaned. The manager tried telling us to just go in while the poor auntie was still cleaning, and she'd clean the floor again after us. We were not going to make her clean twice so we waited and thanked the auntie after.
After that, there was not much else that stood out. The rooms looked the same as the pictures on the site, it was well cleaned daily and the location was close to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel has a first-line sea view, unobstructed. The room is super big, very spacious, sea view king room, unbeatable sea view, full of sea, superb! A young man at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese, which is rare in Nha Trang, and the process went smoothly. The breakfast is relatively average, the restaurant is wide and has many seats. The hotel does not have currency exchange, but there are many banks and ATM machines around. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes, with everything you need. The first-line sea view hotel in Nha Trang City, you have to cross the road to go to the beach, which is very convenient in a few minutes. In short, I have stayed in several hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is very cost-effective. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this hotel.
