PANAMA Nha Trang Hotel

This hotel is located right on Nha Trang Beach, literally a 2-minute walk across the street! It's in a lively, central area, so the night market and all the shops I wanted to visit were close by. Downstairs, there are tons of food options and convenience stores, which is super handy! There's also an ATM right to the right of the entrance, which was very convenient. When checking in, they mentioned an extra charge for children, and a deposit of 1,000,000 VND is required in Vietnamese Dong. We stayed for three nights and it was great! The breakfast was also very diverse, and the Vietnamese pho was incredibly fresh and delicious. I didn't have time to check out the rooftop pool, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

A very clean and lovely hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with booking an island tour. :) I would love to stay here again if I come back to Nha Trang. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a bustling commercial area, about a 10-minute walk to Nha Trang Beach. The breakfast is good, and the main clientele are Russians. There are Chinese-speaking staff available. The rooms are a bit small. I'd suggest putting a floor-standing drying rack on the balcony for convenience. The rooftop infinity pool is just mediocre. I recommend turning left when you leave the hotel; there's a seafood restaurant there that offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of places to eat, drink, get a massage, and even a hair wash nearby. The milkshake downstairs is delicious and affordable! However, withdrawing money here is a real hassle; almost none of the ATMs seem to be working.

This is a gorgeous hotel, located in the heart of Nha Trang. It's no more than a 10-minute leisurely walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a night market nearby. Right outside the hotel entrance, there's also a stall selling various smoothies and snacks, which I highly recommend checking out. The hotel service is also excellent. You can always call reception for assistance with any issue, and the staff are very quick to respond. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels and linens were changed regularly. However, the floor wasn't really washed (or not very well), so make sure to thoroughly clean your feet of sand, otherwise it will accumulate in your room. One minor drawback is that only two towels per person are provided in the room. While this isn't a huge deal and is enough for basic needs, I'm used to hotels providing more towels. The breakfasts are fantastic, with a wide selection of both Vietnamese and European dishes. You'll never go hungry! Fruits are replenished and rotated periodically throughout breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the pineapple – it was incredibly sweet and juicy. The pool is excellent, and it's practically empty in the mornings, allowing for a pleasant swim and sunbathe at your leisure. However, pool towels are only available from 9 AM. If you plan to go earlier, it's best to grab a towel from the first floor. We stayed on the 21st floor with a city view (which was absolutely beautiful). We didn't hear any street noise at all, and the blackout curtains did a great job of blocking out the light. The room itself was quite spacious. The wardrobe was a bit small, so we couldn't fit all our clothes in it and ended up using the armchair as an extra wardrobe! The balcony has hooks, which were very convenient for hanging clothes as they dried quickly in the sun. In our room, the shower leaked a little, and due to the bathroom's design, there was always a puddle of water on the floor. It wasn't ideal, but only a renovation would fix that. Also, during breakfast, we sometimes had to wait for the elevator, but it wasn't for an excessively long time. Only one key card was provided per room, so we had to plan our activities together to ensure we returned to the room at the same time. This wasn't a major issue for us, but if you prefer spending time separately, you can leave the card at reception. Overall, the hotel is great, with fresh renovations and excellent service. I would gladly recommend this hotel for your vacation!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The sea-view rooms offer an amazing, expansive view, and you can even catch the sunrise. Plus, there's a pool and gym on the upper floors. The Vietnamese spa is incredible value for money – two full hours for less than 200 RMB, with expert techniques that are super relaxing. Getting around is a breeze; taxis are readily available, and all the attractions like Vinpearl Island and boat tours offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services. This hotel is highly recommended, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

It's about a 2-star standard by domestic measures. When checking out, they'll ask you to leave a good review and offer a fabric bag. I didn't take it, so this is an objective review. The only decent thing was probably the food; everything else was just average.

Excellent, great value for money, and good service. The room was also very clean. Highly satisfied!
