Paris Nha Trang Hotel

We liked the good hotel! The location is not far from the beach. The staff is polite, but they gave us a room with a view of the neighboring house, although we booked a deluxe room with a view of the city, this is important to us because we are filming content, and of course we don’t want to film a view of the neighboring house. Of course there are a lot of people, we understand that the good rooms are occupied. The pool is not well maintained, unfortunately there are no mattresses on wooden sun loungers. We really liked that there was a Russian channel; we got nostalgic and watched TV series in Russia. It was nice because not every hotel has Russian channels! In general, if you don’t find fault, it’s fine, thank you! The room was okay, the breakfast was good, the swimming pool was a little dirty. I booked a 3-night stay in two installments. I explained the situation to the front desk when I checked in. As a result, we went out to play during the day on the third day, and when we came back, we found that the hotel had cleared everyone's belongings out of the room. I came back from playing in the evening so tired that I couldn't check in. I argued with the front desk for 2 hours but I was not satisfied with the result. The staff were all very nice, but they just couldn't get things done. The luggage was placed in a mess in the warehouse, and the washed clothes were put in plastic bags before they were dried. When I saw the clothes, they smelled bad. Ctrip’s customer service is very awesome and I was quite satisfied with how they handled the matter in the end. I would like to praise it.

I booked a superior double room on Ctrip.com, and the photos online showed it had windows. After arriving at the store, maybe because it was a little late, maybe because I looked a bit rustic, maybe because I was bullied because I didn’t understand Vietnamese and English, they gave me a large bed room 1209 without windows. I objected, and a girl wearing glasses at the front desk said that the room rate I paid was only for this kind of room. I said you were given a standard double room (some without windows) shown online, not a superior double room (with windows). An older sister without glasses said that if I want a room with a window, I have to pay extra. I asked how much to add. A boy at the front desk pointed to a big watch on the wall (of course the watch was in Vietnamese characters that I couldn’t understand), and said with a smile that he wanted to add 300,000 Vietnamese dong. Of course I couldn't accept it, so I fought hard according to the order. Later, they changed me to a king bed room 612 with a window. The window is about 0.7 meters wide and 0.6 meters high. When I looked out the window, there were five air conditioners and one exhaust fan. I expressed dissatisfaction again and he said this was the only room available. I had to accept it because it was already around 6pm. After I settled in, I had a phone call with Ctrip customer service about another issue and mentioned this issue by the way. About twenty minutes later, the smiling male receptionist came up to apologize and said that he could change rooms. Didn't he slap himself in the face by saying that this room was the only one with windows? I didn't want to change it because it was too troublesome. Ctrip has a very good and positive attitude in handling user issues, but this hotel is terrible.
