The hotel is super good and the stuff is very friendly. They helped me with everything. The CV is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back again.

Good hotel. But if you have a big baggage then climbing up the stairs can be difficult as there is no help provided to carry it all the way to the reception. Breakfast buffet is amazing

Great location — very convenient and close to many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The price was affordable and definitely worth it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food options. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value and comfort in Nha Trang.

Great location! Friendly and attentive staff! Good service!
It's in the old quarters and near to the nightlife but away from the noise. Close to eateries and the lake. Most good food within walking distance.

The hotel was nice, but the location is not that close to the city centre. You should walk a few hundred meters or take a taxi. The hotel front door employees were nice and helpful.

The staff were always curtious and helpful special thankyou to the manager at breakfast she helped me during a very busy time found be a table and even made me coffee spoke very good English and gave me helpful advice.
On the negative side the lighting is pour in the bathroom and in front of wardrobe , taking a shower makes water run along the bath and wets the floor . No need for a bath ,should only have a shower
Bathroom is bad design .
Many thanks I had a great stay and I would recommend it to everyone location and facilities excellent
