The staff were always curtious and helpful special thankyou to the manager at breakfast she helped me during a very busy time found be a table and even made me coffee spoke very good English and gave me helpful advice.
On the negative side the lighting is pour in the bathroom and in front of wardrobe , taking a shower makes water run along the bath and wets the floor . No need for a bath ,should only have a shower
Bathroom is bad design .
Many thanks I had a great stay and I would recommend it to everyone location and facilities excellent

The staff are friendly and provides very good service.
A little crowded if you eat at 8am for the breakfast.
The hotel is vale for money:)

It is located 4km away from the center of Nha Trang, so it is far from large malls, so it is a good location to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant nearby, but you have to use a taxi to go to Lotte Mart or Vincom.
The interior of the hotel is a bit lacking for a five-star rating compared to global chains, but it has facilities that are well worth it.

I choose my Room is PREMIER SEA VIEW room and they give me room on 25fl (2503) . View from my room fantastic lovely. Go from airport I take taxi 350K(VND) around hotel you can see many restaurants and mini market. Pool is great , clean and quite in morning I feel am own that pool coz is empty. Just advise if you wanna quite breakfast just go around 7.30am coz to early you and meet bunch of group travel. Staff nice even have limit English but they helpful. Ask wht you need they will help you.
