Location was perfect. Amenities were excellent clean and modern. The staffs had a good english communication skills. The buffet has an exceptional gourmet taste specially the eggplant menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel,front desk is very slow to get your keys when checking in,my room was lovely,my room over looking the ocean amazing view,breakfast selections are second to none. This is the fav part

The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the street from the beach, with a private tunnel leading directly to it. Rooms are very spacious, and the front desk provides convenient currency exchange at a very good rate.
The only downside was that, despite my booking request for a higher floor and not a corner room, I was exactly given a low-floor corner room. This was a bit disappointing, but overall the stay was very good. I would still choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children.
As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests.
We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am.
The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer.

酒店房間比較大，乾淨。位置很好，和芽莊海灘一路相隔，有一個地下通道直通沙灘，沙灘上有酒店專用傘和躺椅，免費使用，先到先得，早餐品種不算特別多，好在每天都有一點點變化。樓層高一點會不太吵，我們住的31樓，基本上聽不見樓下酒吧的響聲。

市中心的位置，路對面就是沙灘，入住酒店的時候看到了彩虹🌈，酒店邊上就有超市，3樓的餐廳味道不錯，酒店頂樓有空中酒吧。
