The room was very small. The washroom sink was next to the bed outside the washroom. There was no hand soap in the washroom. The towels were worn out and had holes in Very poor condition of all rooms.

Останавливались с женой в этом отеле , очень понравился сервис, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, уютный отель, бассейн небольшой но красивый и удобный.кондиционер находится на потолке в коридоре и холодных воздух не попадает на спальные места,что очень удобно .На выходе из отеля куча недорогих кафе и массажных салонов, вызывали такси на ресепшене за смешные деньги до аэропорта. Отель находится в центре пляжной зоны напротив Лотоса.

Rooftoppool hört sich schön an, ist aber etwas klein, verbaut und könnte ne modernisierung vertragen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel definitv zu empfehlen!

Брала обычный номер, дали с 2 кроватями на 8 этаже. Ванные принадлежности все есть, так же 2 кофе, 2 сахара и 2 бутылки воды маленькие в номере имеются. Балкон выходил внутрь отеля, откуда шёл запах еды, поэтому я его не открывала и на нем ничего не было (стол и стулья думала будут). Окна в комнате не было. Большое разочарование это очень маленькие муравьи в комнате, бегали по полу и на столе, еду и печенье не оставить. Поэтому оценка не высокая.

Расположен между 1 и 2 линией,тишина,но есть номера вроде как с балконом,но он выходит на соседний отель.В номере темно и непонятно Толи день Толи ночь.Завтраки очень скромные.Рекомендовать не буду.

Хорошая локация, в центре, пляж через дорогу. Бассейн на крыше с красивым видом. Вкусные завтраки, но лучше приходить к началу, потому что потом их не всегда пополняли. Комната достаточно светлая из-за освещения, но окна не было, была дверь и выход на узкий балкон с видом на соседний отель. Лицевые полотенца оставляют желать лучшего. Не было мыла, хотя другие косметические принадлежности были: зубная щетка, паста, гель для душа и шампунь. На пару ночей пойдет, но за эти деньги можно найти более достойные варианты.

The Prime Hotel is a more budget minded type of hotel with a very good location in the center of Nha Trang. It's an older hotel offering a budget travel alternative. Starting to show its age and needs some updating . It's down an alleyway with many restaurants very close , very walkable. I have stayed here before in 2023 and they have improved the breakfast and offering of the buffet. The breakfast was good and filling and the eggs are cooked to order. The pho was very good and a complete salad bar offering was good. I experienced no issues, my room was comfortable and for what I wanted for a 2 night stay it was very adequate. Shower was fine and air con was very cold. Had a beach front view as booked , at a budget price. To sum up , this is a budget stay location and if you're wanting more amenities book at a 5 star or 4 star plus in Nha Trang or go to Cam Rahn Bay.

We arrived at mid night. There was no bellhop. Had to carry our own luggage up to the lobby. Receptionist gave us a look and looked down. Didn't even say hello. So we did not feel welcomed at all. Proceeded to the room just to find out it was full of cigarette smell and water on the floor. We requested to change the room. Receptionist said he had to check with his supervisor. We waited for 10 mins and he told us they were fully booked which I believed he could have able to give us that answer prior to making the call. We were desperate because our child was so tired after the flight so we had to go back to the room. Plus the AC did not work so well. We had a rough night. Anyway, we quite enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
